How to Operate G-E Equipped PCC Cars

Staple-bound instruction manual for the General Electric Presidents’ Conference Committee-style streetcar, prepared by the Apparatus Department of the General Electric Company. The manual describes the car's controls, as well as how to perform common maneuvers, and basic maintenance. The booklet is bound in a red cardstock cover with a stylized illustration of a PCC car on the cover.
The PCC car was based upon the design of the Pullman Model B by John Hession, Jr. based on specifications from Dr. Clarence F. Hirshfeld of the Electric Railway Presidents' Conference Committee.
