Menu
Sanders menu, dated Friday, November 15, 1940. The menu was intended to be half-folded, but the crease has been flattened and reinforced with a strip of heavy tape on the verso. The recto is printed with an illustration titled, "Thanksgiving Day at Grandma's," of a family seated at a table for Thanksgiving dinner, along with a short passage about the holiday. The recto is divided into the sections "Breakfast," "Luncheon and Dinner," and "Desserts."
