Sanders menu, dated Friday, November 8, 1940. The menu was intended to be half-folded, but the crease has been flattened and reinforced with a strip of heavy tape on the verso. The recto is printed with an illustration titled, "The Henry Street Store 1915," of the Sanders store at 379-381 Woodward Avenue, beside the Elliott-Taylor-Woolfenden building which stood at the intersection with Henry. A short passage is also included about the company's history at the location, including the building's expansion in 1919, and Sanders' purchase of the Elliott-Taylor-Woolfenden building in 1926. The recto is divided into the sections "Breakfast," "Luncheon and Dinner," and "Desserts."
