Laminated Hudson's menu sheet, dated March 1997. A series of captioned pencil and chalk drawings of menu items are printed on the recto surrounded by a lime green border, with "Hudson's" printed at the bottom. The menu is listed on the verso, and is divided into the sections "Soups," "Salads," "Pasta," "Specialties," and "Sandwiches." "ELD/WLD/OLD/SLD/FRL/NOV/LAK (H)" is printed at the bottom of the verso, presumably referring to the Hudson's locations at Eastland Center, Westland Shopping Center, Oakland Mall, Southland Center, Fairlane Town Center, Novi, and Lakeside Mall.
