1 - Laminated Hudson's menu sheet, dated: "10/96", the recto is divided into twelve squares with "Hudson's" printed in the bottom center one and the rest containing photographs of produce positioned on surfaces of varying shades of brown. The menu is listed on the verso, and is divided into the sections: "Soups", "Salads", "Pasta", "Specialties" and "Sandwiches", the laminate sheets are slightly frosted.
