Half-folded menu from the Soup Kitchen Saloon at 1585 Franklin Street. The menu contains the headings, "from the stockpot," "salads," "beverages," "sandwiches," and "this'n that." The back cover of the menu contains a brief history of the establishment, its placement in the Woodbridge Industrial Corridor, and of the Heintz House which was an earlier saloon and speakeasy on the same site.
