Half-folded supper menu-mailer from the London Chop House at 155 West Congress Street, dated April 6, 1941. An illustration of a chef working over a large bowl is on the front cover. The menu is divided into the sections, "Supper Specialties," "Appetizers," "Cold Buffet," "Soups," "Sandwiches," "From the Grill," "Fish," "Desserts," "Fine Cheese," "Beverages," "Imported Wines," "American [Wines]," and "Drinks." The menu notes that the chef is Edward Dobler, "the Perch King of America," and entertainment is provided by Tonia Valenti with Ruby and his Orchestra as well as pianist Chet Everhart and caricature artist Hy Vogel. Daily luncheon specials, and famous dinner items are promoted on the back.
