Menu for Gotham Appreciation Week at the Gotham Hotel's Ebony Room at 111 Orchestra Place spanning May 6 to 12, 1956. The menu is bound in a pink cover with a window cut revealing a half-tone brown on yellow photograph of the hotel within. The menu includes a photo the proprietor John J. White, as well as a space for autographs inside the back cover. Eight autographs have been collected, including Erma Henderson.
