Hudson's Sixtieth Jubilee Year menu, dated June 25, 1941, bearing an illustration by E.E. Anthony of the Fort Street Presbyterian Church on the front cover, and a passage written by Milo Milton Quaife of the Burton Historical Collection about the history of churches and religion in early Detroit on the back. Within, the menu contains the sections, "Seventy-five Cent Luncheon," "Shopper's Luncheon Sixty Cents," "Special Luncheon Eighty-five Cents," "Soups and Appetizers," "Plate Luncheons," "Salad Suggestion," "Potatoes and Fresh Vegetables," "Breads," "Salads," "Sandwiches," "Desserts," "Ice Cream Desserts," "Fruits," and "Beverages." A card inserted in the menu lists an additional luncheon suggestion.
