Hudson's Sixtieth Jubilee Year menu, dated July 28, 1941, bearing an illustration by E.E. Anthony of the Light Guard Armory on Brush Street and Larned Street on the front cover, and a passage about the building and its related regiments on the back written by Milo Milton Quaife of the Burton Historical Collection. Within, the menu contains the sections, "Seventy-five Cent Luncheon," "Shopper's Luncheon Sixty Cents," "Special Luncheon Eighty-five Cents," "Soups and Appetizers," "Plate Luncheons," "Salad Suggestion," "Potatoes and Fresh Vegetables," "Breads," "Salads," "Sandwiches," "Desserts," "Ice Cream Desserts," "Fruits," and "Beverages." A card inserted inside the menu lists an additional luncheon suggestion.
