Hudson's Sixtieth Jubilee Year menu, dated September 19, 1941, bearing an illustration by E.E. Anthony of the Stand Pipe Tower at Water Works Park in 1881 on the front, and a passage about the Work Works and the history of water distribution in Detroit on the back written by Milo Milton Quaife of the Burton Historical Collection.
