Hudson's Sixtieth Jubilee Year menu, dated October 2, 1941, bearing an illustration by E.E. Anthony of the Stand Pipe Tower at Water Works Park in 1881 surrounded by a chartreuse border on the front cover. A passage about the Work Works and the history of water distribution in Detroit written by Milo Milton Quaife of the Burton Historical Collection is on the back cover. Within the menu is divided into the sections "Today's Luncheon Sixty Cents," "Shopper's Special Fifty Cents," "Soups and Appetizers," "Plate Luncheons," "Salads," "Breads," "Sandwiches," "Desserts," "Fruits," "Ice Cream and Sundaes," and "Beverages."
