Hudson's Sixtieth Jubilee Year menu, dated March 15, 1941, bearing an illustration by E.E. Within, the menu contains the sections, "Seventy-five Cent Luncheon," "Shopper's Luncheon Sixty Cents," "Special Luncheon Eighty-five Cents," "Soups and Appetizers," "Plate Luncheons," "Lenten Salad Suggestion," "Potatoes and Fresh Vegetables," "Breads," "Salads," "Sandwiches," "Desserts," "Ice Cream Desserts," "Fruits," and "Beverages." A card listing dollar "Luncheon Suggestions" is stapled inside the front of the menu.
