Half-folded menu and insert card from Stouffer's, dated Saturday February 22, 1941. A blue illustration of George Washington in profile with Mount Vernon in the background is on the cover. The menu within is divided into the sections, "From the Charcoal Broiler," "Dinner Suggestions," "Desserts and Ice Creams," "Stouffer's Club Dinners," and "Vegetables and Salads." The insert card has a red white and blue border with a row of stars along the left edge, and lists a baked pork chop dinner and a club dinner. The back of the menu is printed with a passage about Washington's birthday and National Cherry Week, as well as a list of addresses of Stouffer's restaurants in several cities, including Detroit.
