Half-folded menu from the Seville Hotel. The menu is printed on cream colored cardstock, and has "Buy U.S. War Bonds and Stamps. Keep'em Flying," printed on the cover, along with a blue star and a series of concentric red rectangles as the border, suggesting a service flag. The menu includes the sections, "Appetizers and Cocktails," "Soups," "Griddle Specials," "Specialty Dishes," "Steaks and Chops--From the Grill," "Vegetables and Potatoes," "Salads," "Combination Hot Sandwiches," "Cold Sandwiches," "Egg Specialties--Spaghetti," and "Desserts--Cheese--Beverages." The menu includes the note, "room service charge for food." H.G. Willner is listed as the manager.
