Menu sheet from the Original Penny Restaurant at 152 Randolph Street. The menu is printed on a beige sheet of newsprint, and includes a message from the proprietor R.T. Birdseye, and a menu of breakfast, dinner, and supper items, as well as a menu of oysters. "Comfortable Room for Ladies," is printed along the bottom of the menu. "Jan. 1879," is handwritten in the lower right corner.
