Menu and program booklet from a Thanksgiving dinner served at the Wayne on Thursday, November 27, 1902. The menu is bound in a cream colored cardstock cover with white thread. A blackface caricature of a child rides on the back of a turkey holding an ear of corn hung from a stick in front of the bird on the cover. A list of pieces to be performed by Haug's Orchestra, as well as a list of the dishes to be served are contained within. "Very good. Give us More." is handwritten inside on the blank side of the inner leaf.
