The cover declares that the hotel is a member of the United States Food Administration, and urges the conservation of food for the war effort. Additionally, a disclaimer on the cover cautions that the management declines responsibility to damage to clothing caused by accidents in the dining room. A special Business Men's Luncheon is offered with in, as well as oysters, hors d'oeuvres, soups, fish, vegetables, sandwiches, salads, and desserts.
