Half-folded Sanders menu dated Tuesday, January 23, 1945. The exterior is printed with the article, "This is Our Seventieth Year!," about the company's founding, as well as life in 1875. Breakfast, luncheon, supper, and dessert items are listed within. A card offering, "Spanish Rice and Link Sausage in Casserole, Role 35¢," is stapled in the upper left corner of the interior.
