The Sanders Menu, Vol. 2, No. 10

Half-folded Sanders menu dated Wednesday, May 23, 1945. The exterior is printed with the article, "The 'City Plan' Develops," about the radial redesign for Detroit's layout following the 1805 fire, highlighting Grand Circus Park, and Campus Martius and the Michigan Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument later installed there, as well as a section on the St. Clair Flats. Breakfast, luncheon, supper, and dessert items are listed within. A card stapled near the upper right corner of the interior lists, "Spanish Rice and Cheese in Casserole, 35¢."
