The Sanders Menu, Vol. 2, No. 16

Half-folded Sanders menu dated Saturday, September 1, 1945. The exterior is printed with the article, "Haven of Happy Memories," about Belle Isle, specifically the history of its canals, its menageries and zoos, its band pavilions and concerts, the Belle Isle Aquarium, and the Belle Isle Conservatory. Breakfast, luncheon, supper, and dessert items are listed within. A card stapled near the upper left corner of the interior lists, "Steak and Kidney Pie in Casserole, Roll 45¢."
