The Sanders Menu, Vol. 2, No. 20
Two half-folded Sanders menus, both dated Wednesday, October 31, 1945, stapled together, one inside the other. The exterior is printed with the article, "Bypaths of Motoring Progress," about the 1902 Detroit Automobile and Sporting Goods Show at the Light Guard Armory, the role of carriage manufactures in the early auto industry, Max Graboswky's truck manufacturing companies, the Anderson Carriage Company's Detroit Electric, and the introduction of assembly line techniques to automobile manufacture. Breakfast, luncheon, supper, and dessert items are listed within. A card stapled to the upper left corner of the interior lists, "Chicken Pie in Casserole, Roll 45¢."
