The Sanders Menu, Vol. 2, No. 9

Half-folded Sanders menu dated Monday, April 30, 1945. The exterior is printed with the article, "Beginnings in Detroit," about transportation history in city, covering the first horse-drawn streetcars, ferries between Detroit and Windsor, and horse sleigh racing, as well as a section on the Detroit Museum of Art. Breakfast, luncheon, supper, and dessert items are listed within. A card stapled to the upper left corner of the interior lists, "Chicken Pie in Casserole, Roll, 45¢."
