The Sanders Menu, Vol. 2, World's Series Number

Half-folded Sanders menu dated Tuesday, October 9, 1945. The exterior is printed with the article, "Detroit vs. Chicago--1867," about the Detroit Club's 1867 loss to the Chicago Excelsiors, coinciding with 1945 World Series between the Detroit Tigers and the Chicago Cubs. Breakfast, luncheon, supper, and dessert items are listed within. A card stapled to the upper left corner of the interior lists, "Chicken Pie in Casserole, Roll 45¢."
