The Sanders Menu, Vol. 3, No. 1

Half-folded Sanders menu dated Wednesday, January 9, 1946. The exterior is printed with the article, "Promoting the Enjoyment of Art," about this history of art and art museums in the city, including the Detroit Museum of Art, the Detroit Institute of Arts, the Alger House, the Freer Collection, and the Scarab Club. Breakfast, luncheon, supper, and dessert items are listed within. A card stapled to the upper left corner of the interior offers, "Steak and Kidney Pie in Casserole, Roll 45¢."
