The Sanders Menu, Vol. 3, No. 2

Half-folded Sanders menu dated Saturday, January 26, 1946. The exterior is printed with the article, "Pioneer of Architectural Trends," about architecture in the city highlighting Albert Kahn, the Federal Building, the Masonic Temple, the Detroit Institute of Arts, the main branch of the Detroit Public Library, and the sky scrapers of downtown. Breakfast, luncheon, supper, and dessert items are listed within. Cards stapled to the upper corners of the interior list, "Chicken Pie in Casserole, Roll 45¢," and "Ready Cooked Food to Take Home: Veal Croquettes with Mushroom Gravy, 15¢."
