The exterior is printed the article, "Lover's Lane and Apple Pie Street," concerning the history and namesakes, and name changes of several Detroit streets. Breakfast, luncheon, supper, and dessert items are listed within. Two cards, one listing "Sanders Ready Cooked Food To Take Home," the other offering "Chicken Pie in Casserole, Role 45¢," are stapled to the upper corners of the interior.
