The Wood Carver

One bi-fold menu made of heavyweight white paper, and from the Hotel Tadoussac of Canada Steamship Lines. The front cover has black text that reads "The Wood Carver," and shows a multicolor drawing of a man who is carving a small statue. Black printed text on the back cover gives a brief description (in both English and French) of the drawing and also the traditions of wood carving and craftsmanship in Old Quebec. The interior pages of the menu list the hotel luncheon fare in blue typewritten text for Friday, August 5, 1966. The menu is printed in French on the left side and in English on the right.
