One copy of the "CBDA Newsletter" dated November, 1978, which was published by the Central Business District Association (CBDA) of Detroit. The bi-fold newsletter is printed in black text on white paper and shows various short articles about recent and upcoming events in Detroit. This issue features articles about the "Detroit Aglow" Christmas tree lighting ceremony, a Christmas Carnival at Cobo Hall, Sunday store hours for downtown businesses, and the display of the world's largest flag on Hudson's store on the previous Flag Day, June 14, 1976.
