Charlie Noble

One copy of the newsletter, "Charlie Noble," which was published by the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, Cleveland District, and was dated January, 1943. The 12-page booklet-style newsletter was printed in black text on white paper. It listed the names of executive staff of the USCG Ninth Naval District, Cleveland, and included a message from the Commander as well as short articles about people, education programs, and recent events in the district. Several black and white photographic images were shown with the articles. The front cover features an image of the Coast Guard Reserve vessel, CGR173, "Alburys".
