This is an 8-page, two-sided, mimeograph-style newsletter, side stapled, black ink on white stock. This issue includes articles about training, personnel, depot facilities, and recreational activities and leagues. There are line drawings including a page of cartoons drawn by PFC "Chet" Sypniewski.
