Truck Tracks, Vol. I, Issue 5

One copy of the Fort Wayne, Detroit, Michigan newsletter, "Truck Tracks," Vol. I, Issue 5, dated August 9, 1941. The masthead reads "Truck Tracks," subtitled "Quartermaster Motor Supply Depot." This is an 8-page, two-sided, mimeograph-style newsletter, side stapled, black ink on white stock. This issue includes articles about weapons and first aid training, personnel, depot facilities, and recreational activities and leagues. There is a two-page article titled "Your Life, Your Land, Your Liberty -- A Fictionalized History of Fort Wayne on its 100 Anniversary, August 4, 1941". There are line drawings including a page of cartoons drawn by PFC "Chet" Sypniewski.
