The masthead reads "Quartermaster Motor Supply Depot, Truck Tracks, Fort Wayne Detroit, Mich." This is an 12-page, two-sided, mimeograph-style newsletter, side stapled, black ink on white stock. This issue includes articles about training, personnel, depot facilities, and recreational activities and leagues. There is a front-page article titled "Post Gets Two New Colonels". There are line drawings including a page of cartoons drawn by PFC "Chet" Sypniewski.
