The 9-page bi-fold newspaper is printed in black text on white paper and shows remarks given by U.S. Senator A. H. Vandenberg of Michigan on October 7, 1929, concerning the "Polar Bears." Also included is a "List of names of soldiers from the State of Michgan who died in north Russia."
