Note

Note written on a half-folded card from the Bridal Gift Secretary in the J.L. Hudson Company's tenth floor China Department addressed to Lois Dishong, with an envelope postmarked April 22, 1952, and a smaller envelope containing a note card listing other members of the Dishong family. The note reads, "Two starter sets have been special ordered for you in pottery. This gift will be sent when our stock is available." The card lists, Mr. and Mrs. A.P. Dishong, Mr. and Mrs. A. Dishong, and Mr. and Mrs. C.D. Dishong. Both the smaller card and its envelope are embossed with the Hudson's Gifts seal.
