Pocket-sized softcover notebook entitled, "Bradley's Farmers' Record Book." softcover. The notebook cover is tan with a dark blue background that has a floral/leaf design. The inside pages are blank white with light blue grid lines. Printed text on the back cover shows that the company was located in Cleveland, Ohio, but its products were for sale by "F. E. Chittenden, Chesterfield, Mich."
