Joy and a certificate showing that Wilson contributed $5 to the Lincoln Highway Association, signed by Henry B. Joy are printed inside the front cover. The back cover has a copy of a letter from Woodrow Wilson on White House stationary to Mr. A. R. Pardington (Vice President of the Lincoln Highway Association).
