One watercolor painting of a 3-story brick and stone residential house. The painting was done on heavy white paper and shows a front corner view of the house which has decorative stonework around windows and at the corners. The house has a large front porch with four support columns and a semicircular top. Sidewalk, a grass lawn, and a tree are shown in the foreground. Several trees are also shown in the background. The painting is signed, "J. L. Miller, Detroit, Mich., 1897," in the upper left corner.
