Printed on verso: For many years Detroiters of all ages have thrilled to the sight of the largest flag in the world, displayed with great pride by the J. L. Hudson Company on the Woodward Avenue side of their downtown store. The flag measures 235 feet long by 194 feet high. Each star is 6 feet tall, and each stripe is 8 feet wide.
