Thousands of people are served in this up-to-date restaurant daily. Tempting well-cooked dishes are displayed on large serving counters from which customers select their food. The Avenue appeals particularly to visitors and tourists, street cars from all depots and steamboat docks passing the door. This restaurant is one of the many high-class quick lunches operated by Messrs. Brennan, Fitzgerald & Sinks.
