One color postcard of Campus Martius in Detroit. The nighttime view looks northward along the west side of Woodward Avenue with the top of the Bagley Fountain and Fort Street visible in the foreground. The old City Hall can be seen at the left side of the postcard and the Soldiers and Sailors Monument can be seen at the right. The Majestic Building is visible in the center left background. Woodward Avenue and the Opera House building can be seen in the right background. White printed text near the lower right edge of the postcard reads "Campus Martius by Night, Detroit, Mich." Green printed text on the verso reads "Campus Martius, Detroit, Mich. The Campus Martius is one of the busiest corners of Detroit and is the junction point of all interurban and city cars. the building at the left of the picture is the City Hall, the Majextic Building shown in the center."
