Detroit, Mich., Post Office

One color postcard of the old Post Office and Federal Building which was located at the northwest corner of Fort and Shelby Streets in downtown Detroit. The postcard shows a color drawing that depicts and elevated front corner view of the decorative Romanesque style stone building and clock tower. The Fort Street side of the building can be seen at the lower left corner of the postcard and the Shelby Street side can be seen at the lower right. Faint red printed text near the upper left edge reads "Detroit, Mich., Post Office." Small red printed text on the verso reads "No. 116. A. C. Dietsche, Detroit, Mich, and Frankfurt, Germany."
