FRANK ARMSTRONG departing the Duluth-Superior harbor under the Aerial Lift Bridge. A caption on the verso reads, "One of the large lakers departing from the Duluth-Superior harbor under the Aerial Lift Bridge with a load of iron ore for lower lake steel mills.
