Printed on verso: The floor area of the Detroit General Motors Building, at West Grand Boulevard, Cass and Second Streets, is 1,321,202 square feet. 15,000 tons of steel were used in its construction, begun June 1[sic], 1919. This building contains 1800 offices, dining rooms, stores and executive recreation facilities.
