Created by the Huron-Clinton Metropolitan Authority, a five-county public park and parkway agency. It is located 5 miles east of Mt. Clemens and 22 miles northeast from downtown Detroit. The park offers such recreational activities as shuffleboard, pitch-putt golf, roller-skating, archery and water skiing. Sun bathing on 55 acres of fine beach song one mile long on beautiful Lake St. Clair. Up to 30,000 people may be accommodated at one time. Open all year.
