Printed on verso: St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, corner McDougal [sic] and Canfield, is one of the many handsome Catholic churches in the city. In the rear the front of the rectory appears and on the right is the school, with the Sisters' residence in the distance. Although the parish has not as yet reached its twenty-fifth year it has a membership of upwards of twelve hundred families.
