Printed on verso: The Wayne County Building on Randolph Street between Fort and Congress was first occupied by the administrative offices July 1st 1902. The buildings and furniture represent an outlay of $1,650,000 and the site cost the county $550,000. The building fronts on Cadillac Square and the gilded dome is easily discernible from almost any part of the city.
