Color poster for the Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Combined Circus at the Fair Grounds in Detroit, Sunday July 16, 1933. The name of the circus is featured at the top of the poster. The center of the poster features an illustration of seven woman with the caption "Presenting The Most Startling Discovery of the Century Giraffe-Neck Women from Burma," with text inset in a box reading "Positively Presented in Main Performances of Big Show." Text on the bottom portion of the poster reads as follows:
