The center of the poster features an illustration of seven woman with the caption "Presenting The Most Startling Discovery of the Century Giraffe-Neck Women from Burma," with text inset in a box reading "Positively Presented in Main Performances of Big Show." Text on the bottom portion of the poster reads as follows:
