Poster promoting the 4th War Loan Retail Rally held on January 11, 1944 at the Fox Theatre, the Michigan Theater, and the Capitol Theatre by the Wayne County Retailers Victory Committee. The program includes the films "Price of Rendova," and "7 Fighting Words," as well as speeches from Governor Harry F. Kelly, Mayor Edward J. Jeffries, and U.S. Treasury War Finance Committee for Michigan Chairman Frank N. Isbey. The poster is printed on orange paper with a photo of a group gathered around a stage, wrapped with a skirt decorated with stars, stripes, and an eagle, in Woodward Avenue in front of Hudson's, which is draped with it's giant American flag.
