Clark's Subdivision at Southern Junction

1 - Advertisement poster; White paper with black ink: "Clark's Subdivision at Southern Junction", advertises "Lots for Sale" in an area bounded by Regular Street on the south, Waterman Avenue on the west, Dix Road on the north, and Livernois Avenue on the east. The poster shows a map of the subdivision layout including lot numbers, lot dimensions, streets, and right-of way-widths. The right-of way for the Detroit, Monroe & Toledo Railroad and Canada Southern Railway cuts diagonally across the northern area of the subdivision. The lots were offered for sale by "Geo. S. Frost & Co.'s Office, 105 Griswold St." Several lots have been marked with a handwritten blue "X" as "Sold."
